How long does my order take to ship?

Usually within 3 days for the complete set. All other letters are mailed the next available mailing, the 1 and 15 of each month or Tuesday for the weekly mailing.

Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy? 

I don’t offer refunds on letters, but you can cancel the subscription and receive a partial refund.
